Sales Administrator
Our Crosby location requires someone who can balance selling and overseeing the administration of paperwork related to the sales of a large variety of marine products and services. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills coupled with training, education and selling experience (preferably in the marine field) that would benefit them in this seasonally fast paced environment. Duties would also include retail sales in our store and sales office, facilities and product maintenance, and assisting senior management. A good working knowledge of computers with word processing and spreadsheet skills is required. Salary is commensurate with experience (base salary plus commission). Mechanic/Apprentice
At this time, we're seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years marine experience, but we're open to interviewing candidates who feel they have exceptional mechanical abilities coupled with a short learning curve and a strong work ethic. As with most positions in our company, we don't mind training the right people for the job. As a servicing dealer for Evinrude, Johnson, Mercury, Mariner, Force, Volvo, Mercruiser, and OMC Cobra, we need people with a variety of qualifications and experience to keep our shops running smoothly. Key qualifications to work in this field include excellent mechanical aptitude, comfort around high technology and computers, good communication skills and a high school diploma. Summer Yard Staff (seasonal)
We are currently seeking staff for the 2008 season. Successfull applicants for this position will be required to clean boats, perform basic yard maintenance, pump gas, assist mechanics as required, and assist in one of our two retail stores.
